This course provides a solid foundation in embedded systems engineering. It begins with core concepts of embedded systems and microcontrollers, followed by a comprehensive review of C programming for low-level hardware development.
Students explore microcontroller architecture (Renesas RX62N), analog-to-digital conversion, serial communication, timers, interrupts, and state machines. The course also introduces software engineering principles, operating system basics, shared data management, and development tools used in embedded environments.
Practical topics such as reading electrical schematics and applying embedded systems concepts to real projects are also included. By the end of the course, learners will be able to design and develop reliable embedded software for real-world applications.
