Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!

Coordinate complex calendars, prioritize requests, and resolve scheduling conflicts
Primary point of contact for a broad range of internal and external people including international visitors, customers, and key leaders
Assist in controlling and analyzing financial reports on quarterly basis for the

project management.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting process.
Generate monthly performance and inventory reports for management.
Handle inquiries from internal, external parties
Plan meetings and workshops, including assisting in the preparation of presentations, preparing agendas, managing invitations, tracking attendees, organizing rooms

Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant majors
Professional experience as an assistant to senior leadership and interacting with internal and external executives
Working in a multicultural team and show strong cultural awareness
Proficient in the use of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English and Arabic
Excellent interpersonal skills
