Responsibilities:
· Manage amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
· Provide accurate, satisfactory answers to the customers queries.
· Identify customers needs, clarify needed information.

Requirements:
· Related Bachelors Degree.
· Excellent command of English written and spoken.
