Job Description
Responsible about opening assigned groups files and making all required reservations.
Preparing and submitting price quotations
Handling operations requirements.
Coordinate rooms allocation with hotels and cruise ships.
Notify tourism police about groups itinerary.
Prepare and notify tourism police about groups arrivals and itinerary.
Revise the hotels and cruise ships contracts terms & conditions.
Prepare expenses sheet and payment to suppliers.
Prepare finalization sheet on monthly basis.
