We run a marketing agency and we need help finding a Lifecycle Marketing Associate.

Location: Work-From-Home

Salary: 2000USD per month

Responsibilities:

• Your main
  responsibility is to work closely with the Lifecycle Manager to drive
  continuous improvement across email KPIs including deliverability, open
  rates, click rates, conversion rates, unsubscribe rates, and revenue

• You will manage and scale a lifecycle program within multiple ESPs

• You will own the execution of email and sms campaigns
  including creative implementation, asset management, list segmentation,
  and deployment

• You will provide technical assistance and user guidelines to
  marketing team including user journey setup, email/sms triggers, custom
  events, and troubleshooting

• You will manage user preference pages, opt-in/out experiences, and technical workflows

• Your job is to assist

• with weekly reporting efforts and dashboard generation

• You will also assist with email/sms brainstorming, briefing,
  messaging and coordinate A/B testing of subject lines, send times, or
  other email/sms features

• You will assist with the implementation of referral, loyalty and other retention programs

• You will also assist marketing team with non-email/sms needs as required

Required Experience:

You ll need to be
completely fluent in both written and verbal English. You need to be
able to communicate quickly, and you need to have the following
experience:

• Experience with Klaviyo or similar ESP with
  knowledge of email best practices including targeting and segmentation,
  A/B testing, and analytics

• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email marketing a plus

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience
