We run a marketing agency and we need help finding a Recruiter

Location: Work-From-Home

Salary: $850USD/month + commission

Responsibilities:

• Prior recruiting agency and staffing experience is required to be considered for a senior role.

• Ability to own 10 high volume jobs in multiple locations and proven track record of success building teams

• Knowledge of Marketing and Tech space

• Have implemented ATSs in the past

• Must be experienced in competency-based behavioral interviewing

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff and leadership

• Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills

• Project management expertise is a strong plus!

Required Experience:

Youll need to be
completely fluent in both written and verbal English. You need to be
able to communicate quickly, and you need to have the following
experience:

• 1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience

• 1-2 years of staffing experience

• 1-2 years leading complex Marketing searches

• 1-2 years of sourcing experience

Interview Process:

• 1 Video Submission

• 1 Interview with Human Resources

• 1 Interview with Hiring Manager

• 1 Interview with Operations Manager
