Responsibilities

• Plan and sell transportation, accommodations,
• insurance, and other travel services.
• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
• Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc) to travelers.
• Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and collect payment/fees.
• Book from offline hotels & DMCs.
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, reissues, or refunds.
• Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends.
• Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
• Maintain statistical and financial records.
• Meet profit and sales targets.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of work experience as a Travel Agent.
• Excellent knowledge of Amadeus refund, and reissue.
• Arabic & Fluency in English.
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
• Good experience in live chat & CRM software.

Note: Salary started from 10,000 EGP monthly + reachable commission schema.
