Job Requirements

You are familiar with data formats, Excel and have a strong affinity with technology

Being able to code is not a necessity.

You have a proficient level of English, French is a plus

You work in a structured way and can manage several large projects at the same time

You are a self-starter with initiative and a sense of responsibility

You get energy from continuously improving the integration process and the customer experience

Responsibilities

Managing all aspects of an implementation project from start to finish, including planning, organizing, overseeing work flow, and communicating progress to client team members and clients.

You coordinate and monitor the integration process. 

Conducting post-implementation audits to ensure that all changes have been implemented successfully and that the software is being used effectively

Developing and executing project plans to ensure that all implementation phases are completed on time and within budget

Communicating with company members and marketplace account managers to identify and resolve issues throughout the implementation process

Reviewing project plans, meeting minutes, and other documentation to ensure that all tasks have been completed according to plan
