Job Description

  • Possess excellent knowledge of the Banks products and services
  • Perform outbound calls
  • Promote the Banks products and services
  • Respond positively to customers requests
  • Apply the policies and procedures of the department
  • Cooperate smoothly with colleagues
  • To be punctual, to respect the Banks code
  • of conduct, to behave in a businesslike manner.
  • Follow up on projects target dates
