JOB PURPOSE

As a KVG Junior Accountant, you will
support the accountants of KVG and the division to which you are
assigned. Junior accountants are responsible for the day-to-day record
keeping, reporting, compliance, transaction maintenance, payables, and
receivables of the business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
• Maintain
  accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirm the
  validity of the debt, and gather appropriate signatures.
• Update financial records via accounting software
• Gather payroll expenses and input them into the appropriate entry line
• Prepare quarterly budget under the purview of senior management
• Analyze financial statements and prepare balance sheets.
• Assist
  in preparing different reports, forms, and transactions upon request
  from team members within sales, operations, support, headquarters and
  administration.
• Ensure compliance with local and applicable rules, standards, and legislation.
• Organize and record administrative documents, invoices, receipts, contracts, and transaction information.
• Any other duties need to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by KVG Values.
