- Graduate with a bachelor degree (No need for a medical background) 
- Fluency in English both writing and speaking 
- Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Excellent customer service skills to provide ongoing support for patients and their families
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

Job Description:  

• Arrange concierge services for the international clients ( Airport pick up, hotel booking, etc)  
• Answer patient calls, emails and questions
•  Confidentially manage patient accounts
•  Schedule patient visits and answer pre-visit questions, including about billing
•  Discuss cost of service, insurance coverage, and payment options with the patient
•  Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible
• Schedule any necessary outpatient appointments
• Get prior authorizations for procedures
• Scan documents into patient charts
• Meet with patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, medications, and continuing care.
• Assist care team with setting goals for quality assurance and best practices
• work closely with the accounting department regarding the invoices and quotation for the international clients.  
• Treat patients with empathy and respect while conducting oneself in a professional manner
•  Check-in on patients regularly and evaluate and document their progress
• Writing medical reports
