Job Description
Provide customers with ongoing technical support to resolve any issues.
Provide Assistance to service providers helping maintain high provider satisfaction
Maintain operations cycle by ensuring customer requests are properly tracked and completed efficiently.
Follow proper escalation protocol to ensure all issues are resolved in timely manner
Demonstrate and explain the operation and use of our services to consumers.
Job Requirements
0-1 customer service or operations experience (Preferably in start-up environment)
Strong problem solving and research skills.
Ability to work in shifts
Good Communications skills and ability to work within a team.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Priority to hiring will be for fresh graduates and senior students.
