Promote, sell and generate interest towards the clients products/Services and handle customer inquiries by following a customer excellence procedure.

Contacting American seniors and Doctors offices by using an internal dialer to promote medical services.

Promoting medical service by communicating the benefits for the patients to achieve the set target and increase the revenue.

Transferring the interested patients by using internal systems to the closer to check their eligibility.

Submitting each successful transfer on internal systems by adding the needed product to check its eligibility afterward.

Maintaining the quality of the calls by applying the quality checklist to reach the clients satisfaction.

Operating under company guidelines to meet guidelines quality standards.

Job Requirements

Graduates or dropouts only

Flexible to work from site

Fluent in English

Flexible with night shifts (No transportation)
