Bachelors degree

Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment setting.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse individuals and age groups.

Friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as per the amusement parks schedule.

Knowledge of the amusement parks attractions, shows, and facilities.

Basic computer skills for accessing park information and using ticketing systems.
