100% ENGLISH only calls no ARABIC

Contact potential customers based in CANADA to inform them about a product or service using scripts

All calls are made through Skype, google meet & ZOOM

Working hours are  8 hours per da  from 5pm to 1am Egypt Time to match with 10am to 6pm Toronto Timing

Monday to Friday job FULLY REMOTE , working from home

Answer questions about products or the company

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Direct prospects to the field sales team when

needed

Enter and update customer information in the database

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Most important, opportunity to become team Leader within 6 months based on performance 

Job Requirements

Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

Proven experience in outbound international calls to USA or Canada

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

Fluency in  English

Stable Internet connection

Calm environment during working hours 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
