This is a full-time , in Mohandsen for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support. You will respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Fully paid training .

Job Requirements

Grads only and fresh graduated.

experience from ( 1-2 year )

english : good.

Flexibility in working hours is needed.

Previous experience in #chat  #customer-service is a plus.

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and colleagues.

Handle issues on different topics in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.

Identify customer needs, clarify information, research each problem, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

Males must know their military situation.
