Accountant Job description and responsibilities:

. Tracking and book keeping for all the company transactions to internal and external stakeholders (Claims, income and payments)

. Manage employees custody.

. Manage employees allowances.

. Follow-up claims and electronic invoicing.

. Preparing budget forecasts.

. Processing tax payments and returns.

. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements, Issue monthly/quarter reports (Balance sheet, P&L, Claims status …. Etc)

. Prepare budget forecasts and Publish financial statements in time.

. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.

. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

. Ensure timely bank payments.

. Audit financial transactions and documents.

. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.

. Comply with financial policies and regulations.

. Manage and track materials consumption and replenishment.

. Report to the company chartered accountant.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: E£5,000.00 - E£7,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelors (Required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
