Concentrix is looking for new team members to join our customer service team at the company .

The successful candidate will be responsible for
providing world-class customer service and ensuring
customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

-Answer calls, emails, live chat, and speak with
customers to provide technical support, advice, and
assistance in problem-solving.
-Handle all complaints and issues according to
company policies and ensure customer satisfaction
-Update customer documents and files and modify
them when necessary.
-Work closely with other management teams to
ensure the company s goals are achieved.
