Role Description

Teleperformance is seeking a full-time, on-site Personnel & Legal Administrator for our office located in Tanta. The Personnel & Legal Administrator will provide administrative and legal support to the Human Resources and Legal teams. Responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, conducting research, filing paperwork, handling payroll cycle and managing employee records.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Law
• Prior experience working in legal or human resources roles is preferable
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
• Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
