Role Description

The Internal Audit Specialist role is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Internal Audit Specialist will be responsible for implementing audit plans for internal processes, as well as financial statement and regulatory compliance. They are also required to present recommendations to management on process improvements to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or

• related field
• 2-3 years of experience performing internal audit work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in order to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
• Detailed oriented with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
• Knowledge of local regulations and accounting standards
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
• Professional certification, such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are strongly preferred
