الملخص الوظيفي

Job Description

Two available vacancies ( morning shift vacancy ) , ( night shift vacancy )

Greet patients & register new patients and assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation
Schedule patient appointments
Verify and update patient information into the data system
Inform patients of financial treatment plan options
Sending all approvals as per agreed policies and in a timely manner
Inform patients with all claims details including limit and coinsurance payments

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree is a must
Presentable
Experience from 1- 2 years
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Proficiency in English
Working hours : (night shift from 3:00 pm to 10:30 pm ) ( morning shift from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm )
Days off : Only Friday
