Job Description
PayMob is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR People Partner to join our team. As an HR People Partner, you will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with the overall business objectives, supporting managers and employees in all HR-related matters, and fostering a positive and engaging work environment. This role will play a critical part in driving organizational growth and employee success at PayMob.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a senior HRBP role.
- Leadership Skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic HR leadership, collaborate effectively, and drive change within an organization.
- Analytical Skills
- Strong analytical skills to analyze HR trends and metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Proven ability to identify and resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Business Acumen
- Deep understanding of business operations and the ability to align HR practices with business goals
- Education
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications are a plus
