Job Description
- Greet Parents entering premises, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Handle calls in professional manner and complaints in a way that ensures parents satisfaction.
- Maintain accuracy in data entry, filing system and various reports writing.
- Hold the responsibility of moneys check-in/check-out for both the preschool and the afterschool different activities. Maintain their proper tracking on Leaps system
- Conduct tours of the premises to new applicants explaining system, academic curriculums/afterschool programs and admission procedures.
- Manage all areas of enrolment.
- Prepares admissions reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Job Requirements
- Excellent working knowledge of the computer and its applications.
- excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Communication and Professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Must possess strong work ethics and business sense.
- Planning and organization.
- Dependability and punctuality.
- 8 hours rotational shifts based 8:00am-5:00pm & 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Requirements - Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
