Responsibilities:
Initiate and monitor the administration of onboarding and/or offboarding processes to ensure that all processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Learning and Development (L&D) Program Design
Design learning sessions to meet the requirements of a specified curriculum or to fill gaps in existing programs; develop and maintain relevant content and high-quality training resources to ensure high levels of learner engagement and achievement
of learning outcomes.
Support the identification of learning needs by analyzing performance and competence data to identify gaps concerning required levels.
- Learning and Development Program Delivery
Coordinate the delivery of training courses or programs, engaging, advising, and guiding learners and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes.
- Business Meetings/Events Arrangement
Schedule appointments, make arrangements for meetings and conferences, and organize travel plans, following instructions
to ensure more senior colleagues or a senior executive make the best use of their time.
Help others get the most out of internal communications systems by offering support and advice.
- HR Data Analytics and Insights
Support in delivering analyses of HR data and identifying trends to contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.

Education: Bachelors degree
