الملخص الوظيفي

Job Description

  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
  • Translate requirements into training.
  • Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
  • Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
  • Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
  • Deliver training courses & Conduct training with external provides.

Job Requirements

  • Training & Development, Learning Management, and Instructional Design skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coaching experience
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and learning methodologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
  • retail & Sales  experience
