Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

Determine selection criteria.

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.

Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System.

Lead employer branding initiatives.

Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.

Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates.

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.

Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.

Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Job Requirements

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role for at least 3 years.

Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with gulf area and offshore hiring will be preferred.

Previous experience in IT - software is a bonus.

A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Experience working with diverse teams and levels to recruit.

Familiarity with employment laws and regulations for the industry.
