Job Description

Responsible for employees personal accounts and send them monthly statements.

Calculate and post the 1% warranty and 0.5% preparations.

Prepare inter-company balances monthly report.

Release offshore invoices.

Post monthly accrual expenses.

Allocate, review and match accounts SCR, DBT and ACC.

Responsible for posting UAE dividends entries.

Close cash in transit GL account.

Prepare un-allocated LC charges analysis and post it to COS according to allocation given by cost control.

Send monthly statements to all Business units and make reconciliations. 

Job Requirements

Bachelor’ degree in accounting or Finance.

Excellent command of English.

0 to 3 years experience in accounting role.

Good computer skills with programs such as MS Package.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Planning and Time Management Skills.
