Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Agent. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling reservations, providing excellent customer service, communicating with clients, and performing receptionist duties.

Reservation Agent Job Requirements:

* Proven work experience as a Travel Agent for a minimum of 1 Year

* Hajj and Umrah Experience will be preferred

* Excellent knowledge of computer reservation systems

* Very Good English, Written and spoken

* Strong sales skills and commercial awareness

* Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively

* Excellent time management skills

* Patience and perseverance when unforeseen issues arise

Reservation Agent Job Description

· Handling Daily customer requests and inquiries.

· Follow up daily on the bookings payment by checking the bookings option date.

· Finalize his bookings Daily files and share them with the finance team.

· Follow up on his hotel chart (availabilities, arrival and departure reports, securing any overs, handling on-spot escalations and customer special requests, meal plan follow-up).

· Daily survey about the prices for the hotels which is the competitor for the hotel that he has under his supervision.

· Ability to handle online requests if required.

· Communicating with clients on his market offline and build up a good work relationship.
