ASSIGNMENT
Guarantee proper contract execution
Be in charge of operating profit and business costs
Manage ALFA/PRS Sales forecast with projects, CD leads & PMOs
Extract forecast reports and provide dashboards to stakeholders to complete their Sales forecast
Schedule sales review meetings with CD leads/PMOs to align on forecast baseline
Ensure accurate forecast for all MEA FN projects
Support projects in their forecasting and solve any problem may be faced
Follow up margin forecast with Finance.
Daily follow up O/S booking last month of each Q against last Px before Q closure
Prepare final Plan, LE, PLE file with R&U
WORKING MODE


Works with the different departments of the company Finance, Procurement, HR, … etc.
