Run real estate SCM operations for site contracts for both new acquisitions and renewals
Coordinates with concerned stakeholders (RO, DS & CPC teams) for sites new acquisition and renewals plans, updates and budgets matters
Issue regular daily/weekly and monthly reporting activities related to sites rentals status versus plan
Handle coordination related to vendors payments for sites renewal contracts and vendors incentives
Handle and upload new sites acquisition plans and renewals to renewal tracking tool.
Check and update sites rental cost guidelines matrix and record cost per site according to location, in coordination with decision support team
Monitor vendors performance.
Coordinate contracts sign-off with concerned internal teams
Upload, file and maintain contracts copies database on G-Drive

Have 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate and/or Supply chain management
