Job Description


Core Activities:
Respond to medical/scientific enquiries from internal and external customers based on relevant internal and external scientific evidence.
Provide access to medical/scientific evidence for internal and external customers.
Provide awareness of customer needs and expectations to key stakeholders that may impact Novartis operations.
Timely alerts to internal colleagues about relevant medical/scientific information.
Active participation in local/regional/global MIC activities.
Professional development through participation in ongoing functional and therapeutic area education
Contact HCPs/KOLs on regular basis to identify their scientific needs, provide medical information to their unsolicited queries & know their satisfaction level. Additional Activities:
Create and update standard response documents for local/MEC needs.
Provision of extra MIC services including but not limited to:
Creation of Q&A documents
MI support at medical conferences
Contribute to creation of product dossier, hospital formulary, etc…
All adverse events must be reported within 24 hours of becoming aware of the event to the drug safety responsible person and send e-mail to [email protected].
Reporting all quality defects with Novartis marketed product within 24 hours of becoming aware of it to the QA responsible person and send e-mail to [email protected].


Minimum Requirements


Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences such as Pharmacist, Physician. Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare setting. Very good command of English & French languages is a must.
