Responsible to supervise, execute and monitor the activities within the value stream to ensure reliable and optimal operation of processes, equipment, utility and facility to achieve target production levels within the framework of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), quality, safety, occupational hygiene and environment protection. 

Knowledge/ Education / Previous Experience Required

University Bachelor degree of Pharmaceutical Sciences / Engineering.
1 to 3 years of experience in a supervisory/ production position.
Working experience within same role in Pharma industry is a plus.
Good command of English Language (written and verbal).
Good computer skills.
Good working knowledge of processing and packaging.
Good working knowledge of bottling and canning plant machinery and services.
Good coaching and leadership skills.
Communication and problem-solving skills.
High Ability to train operators and provide them with right direction.
