Responsibilities


To achieve work execution scope based on TRADELINK level of work
To implement company customer services policy.
To suggest ideas to contribute to the services development.
To create and manage application team and monitor their performance
To keep application team updated with all new technique and upgrade their skills
To assess application team performance for appraisals perpous
To maintain updated power / hand tolls for application team
To manage application team manpower for the maximum performance with cost efficiency
To manage application team expenses and report Project Manger
To develop project time schedule and commitments to the project team
To budget, plan and report on services activity and development.
To implement TRADELINK practice concerning project cost efficiency, time schedule and team performance.
To follow project snag list and primary / final project handover to the customer
To develop project close-out sheet ( technical part )
To inspect, when necessary, complaints on behalf of the company.


Qualifications


Prefer Bachelors degree in Construction or Architecture Engineering or equivalent experience
1 - 3 years of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager
Strong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
