Job Summary:
Managing the account with all operations internally and externally and generally handle employee relations, training and development, recruitment, organizational development, and talent management.
Job Description:
1- Create and execute operational plan for the account.
2- Provide quarter objectives report for the client with approval from senior advisor.
3- Provide monthly objective report for the senior advisor to check the progress.
4- Managing recruitment process and manpower planning.
5- Designing training programs for the employees to enhance the performance.
6- Managing & enhancing the performance of employees.
7- Engaging the employees and build a great work environment between management and employees.
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
· (0 – 3) Experience in HR field.
· Fluent in English.
· Excellent communication skills to handle the relations among the employees.
· Very good time management skills.
