YOUR ROLE


Enforce SHEQ procedures, maintaining a safe & clean work environment
Support manufacturing on a daily basis by being accountable for output, yields, uptime and quality
Focus on Driving Growth, Accelerating Digitalization, Funding Growth, HPO & Sustainability strategies
Work closely with other Shift Team Leaders and shift team members to ensure consistent performance and standardization in practices across the shifts
Collaborate with other functions i.e. SHEQ, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and P&L to ensure consistent product quality, safety, productivity and reliability
Develop and implement new processes required to run or improve existing products
Train and provide documentation for process implementation for manufacturing


Your Skills


Bachelors degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
0 - 1 year/s of experience in production, maintenance, or engineering
Fluency in English is a must
Proficient user of Microsoft Office & MS project
High leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate, coach, and constructively deal with people at all levels of the organization
Detail-oriented and able to make decisions timely and effectively in a high paced environment
Ability to analyze and interpret data and ability to define & lead continuous improvement teams
