الملخص الوظيفي

Customer Service Officer
 
The customer service officer answers inbound & held outbound callsas well as assist customers who have specific inquiries & support providers who use our system. He/She receives and resolves Customer& providerComplaints, assist insurance companies in following up Customer interactions with employees from other departments when required.

Requirements
 

Bachelor Degree.
Customer Service experience is preferred (Medical insurance experience is more preferable).
Good verbal Communication skills.
Good Listening skills
Must be computer literate.
Good English Skills.
CRM user is preferred.
Fast learner.
Ability to work on different shifts (rotation)
