Qualifications

·      B.A. in Accounting required

·      3-5 years in Accounts Receivable and Collections

·      Preferable to be currently working in Real-estate / Retail / Ecommerce industries

·     ; Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

·      Sales tax filing experience is a plus

·      Excellent organizational skills

·      Must be detail oriented

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Must be an active team-player




Job description

Should include, but not be limited to:

·      Maintaining the billing system

·      Generating invoices and account statements

·      Performing account reconciliations

·      Maintaining accounts receivable files and records

·      Producing monthly financial and management reports

·      Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries

·      Assisting in general financial management and analysis
