Accountabilities:


Own initiatives for their entire cycle, from designing and planning the initiatives, to implementing, monitoring impact, and achieving results.
Manage internal and external stakeholders.
Lead hypothesis-driven problem-solving on tactical and strategic issues, develop recommendations, align organizational priorities, and ensure successful implementation.
Analyze business performance and develop strategies using a range of quantitative and qualitative techniques.

Bachelors degree from a reputable educational institution.
0-2 years of experience in a dynamic corporate environment with proven accomplishments.
A developed analytical skillset with a can-do attitude and a passion for problem-solving.
Solid team player with a distinctive sense of self-accountability and ownership for results and deadlines.
