YOUR ROLE



·       Post all incoming invoices for third party suppliers and down payments

·       Validate and calculate tax

·       Analyze payment on time for vendors coordinate and communicate solutions

·       Implement different invoice verification controls to ensure quality

·       Communicate with stakeholders and all concerned parties in a customer-oriented manner

·       Focus on standardization of the process & tools



Your Skills



·       Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting or Finance

·       0-2 years of relevant AP experience

·       Fluency in English is a must

·       Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications

·       SAP experience is a plus
