Raya Smart Buildings, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a Leasing administrator with the below job responsibilities and qualifications:
 
 
 
 
Responsibilities
 
Follows the compliance guidelines, to keep CRM up to date with all leasing documents and communications following company standard and procedures
Processes and tracks lease renewals and terminations procedures
Manages the payments collection for new contracts and Renewals
Uses property management system in an appropriate way and keep it up to date updated with all new contracts and annexes
Manages leasing meeting calendars and schedules tours for the clients with prospects
Keeps an organized file system of sales documents
Assists in making the expense report and other miscellaneous requests as per business needs.
Maintains regular communication with the Finance team in the collection part & with the Leasing in closing and issuing leasing documents
Collects all payments at contract signing date and follow up in case of aging occurs
 
Qualifications:
 
One year of experience in same the industry (Real-estate – Shopping centers – Property management)
Bachelors degree
Very good in written and spoken English
