Main Responsibilities:

Focusing on lending to new SME borrowers to increase the size of liwwa’s portfolio, based on set monthly targets.
Visiting and presenting liwwa’s financial products to prospective clients.
Maintaining the relationship with clients and closely following up to understand their needs.
Responsible for marketing and customer acquisition activities through various methods to achieve set targets.
Anticipating and resolving all client related needs.
Managing client relationships from lead to live and onwards in conjunction with Customer Service.
Building strong relationships internally to enable efficient interaction between liwwa and the clients.
Researching, creating and following up on a target list of existing clients and new businesses.
Any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Egypt Operations.



Minimum qualifications:

University Degree in a related field (Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing).
Minimum 1-4 years of sales experience, preferably within the SME financing sector.
Experience in banking facilities and trade finance is preferred.
Having an outstanding portfolio of SMEs clients is a must.
Banking courses (Egyptian Banking Institute, Internal Banking Courses, SME Training Courses (OPIC courses/ Frankfurt school courses)) can be an asset.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
Outstanding negotiation skills.
Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic fluently.
Proficiency in MS Office products.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability under pressure and deal with ambiguity.
