Job Description:
Learn how to conduct legal research in various fields of law and on-ground research when needed.
Learn how to communicate with governmental and non-governmental entities to serve client purposes in each task.
Learning how to draft bilingual legal due diligence reports, commercial and corporate documents, and review all types of contracts provided.
Provide daily briefs and summaries of completed and pending tasks.
Learning court proceedings.
Learning how
to draft memorandums.
Learning how to draft legal opinions.
Open to learn about different jurisdiction laws; UAE, UK and Jordan laws.
Work as part of a team including reporting to the associates and taking an active part in sharing knowledge and experience with the team.
Job Requirements:
Hard worker, diligent and being able to work in a rapid and fast business nature.

Fluency in English & Arabic.
Intern/Qualified Lawyer.
Having an understanding of corporate transactions.
