About the job

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Contact between the creative Department and other departments, to reduce interruption in the creative department, and increase the focus of the team members.

• Fill, collect and organize briefs/request from other departments using the premade templates using the

 software of choice.

• Collaborate with Creative department members and other departments in setting up schedules for requested tasks and projects and declare the schedules with stakeholders.

• Actively following up the project statues, notifying creative team members with feedbacks, updates

 regarding open projects and tasks.

• Ensure that the deliverables match the briefs.

• Prepare reports on regular basis related to account (Brands) Status, number of tasks/requests handle

Job Requirements:

*Education

Bachelors degree from reputable university.

Experience

1-3 years in similar role / responsibilities, Experience in advertising agency is a plus.
