About the Role

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and supporting servers, networks, and core IT systems—ensuring availability, security, and performance while providing technical support and

handling upgrades, backups, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers
• Monitor system and network performance
• Handle user access, security controls, and backups
• Troubleshoot system, network, and infrastructure issues
• Perform patching, upgrades, and basic automation
• Maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• 3–5 years of system administration experience
• Strong OS and networking knowledge
• Basic scripting + security understanding
