Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Account (Voice & Non-Voice) located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling both voice and non-voice communication channels such as email, chat, and calls. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, delivering English training or support as needed, and ensuring effective communication and translation where required. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction is essential.

Qualifications:

• English Level: B1+ up to B2
• Flexible with rotational shifts including night and overnight shifts
• Graduates
• Can start immediately
