Job Description

Prepare and review electrical shop drawings for projects.

Strong experience in commercial and administrative buildings.

Prepare

quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

Prepare and review technical documents and drawings for approvals.

Follow up and obtain approvals for:

Shop drawings

Materials and equipment

Technical calculations
in coordination with the consultant and the client.

Continuous technical coordination with site teams and other departments.

Good knowledge of electrical systems including

:

Power systems

Lighting systems

Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems

Fire Alarm systems

Job Requirements

???? Qualifications and Skills:

Proficiency in the following software:

AutoCAD

Electrical load calculation and design software (ETAP / Dialux or equivalent)

Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Word

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction companies.

Strong organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.

???? Preferred:

Previous experience dealing with consultants and clients.

Ability to prepare technical submittals and reports
(Submittals & Technical Reports).

Experience in coordinating electrical works with other MEP disciplines.
