Composite Pipes Industry (CPI)is seeking to hire aPlanning Engineerto join its team and contribute to effective project planning and execution while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop project schedules and monitor progress.
Track performance, analyze schedule variances, and propose corrective actions.
Coordinate with project, engineering, and production teams to achieve project objectives.
Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to management.
Support planning activities and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent).
Minimum3–5 years of experiencein planning engineering.
Proficiency in planning tools such asPrimavera P6 or MS Project.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle work pressure.
Good command of written and spoken English.
