Title: HR Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to

• onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Create and post job advertisements across relevant platforms
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial interviews
• Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Coordinate offer

• letters and support negotiation processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Provide regular recruitment reports and hiring metrics
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills
• Proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
