Qualifications:

Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory to effectively monitor and evaluate calls for the Spanish market.

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as a Quality Analyst within the PBO (Process Business Outsourcing) or Call Center industry is required.

Proven background in Customer Service operations.
