Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Specialist located in Kuwait City. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customized solutions and will also work closely with marketing and sales teams to conduct market research and analyses trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Manage projects, timelines, and stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Monitor project performance and ensure on-time delivery
Qualifications
- An MBA degree from a Top-rated University in business administration, marketing, or a related field is a must
- Graduate of foreign / international universities
- Proven experience in business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of market research and analysis
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a structured environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Fluency in English and in Arabic are required
- Thorough experience in the Kuwait market
